  Frozen noodles

A great alternative to dried instant noodles!

Frozen noodles are getting more popular with the years. To the difference of dried instant noodle packages, they most of the time come with other ingredients such as meat, vegetables and the soup stock.

Most types of frozen noodles are already cooked and only have to be put in boiling water for 30 seconds to a minute to be ready.

Many restaurant use frozen/chilled noodles to cook their meal and most customer won't notice the difference with dried products. It's easier for them to cook the product, as they only have to eat them for 30 in boiling water and it's ready. The market of the chilled and frozen noodles is important, as of 2001, 400 billion yuan has been sold of chilled ones and 70 billion yuan of frozen noodles.

We already see a ton of frozen pasta products in many countries, so maybe in the future we'll start to see more noodles in these kinds of package, with their own soup stock and vegetables. We're not quite sure how ramen would taste, but one sure thing, they proved us that they can be great cooked in almost any way!
