  Raw ramen noodles

               Ramen cereals would be a-w-e-s-o-m-e!
Are people really eating raw ramen noodles? Yes a lot of people are and it's actualy a pretty popular way to eat your favorite noodles.

According to Nissin food website, it is completely food to eat uncooked ramen noodles. They say that Top Ramen noodles (like all other kind of ramen noodles) are precooked and safe to eat.*

Here are some way to eat your raw ramen noodles:
-You can eat them right off the package, since there is a lot of sodium in ramen, does tast pretty good.
-You can break your noodles in small pieces and spread them on the top of your meals.
-You can also break them in small pieces, and put them in the cooking pan with some oil. Wait until they get a nice brownish color and it's totaly delicious. Oh right, it's not raw ramen anymore :)
-Some people also like to use the soup base when eating ramen uncooked. Even if we don't recommend eating the soup base (see ramen nutrition facts), we can confirm that raw ramen + soup base taste is pretty unique and it can be alright to eat that.. once in a while!

Uncooked ramen noodles

It's very popular to eat uncooked ramen, some times with the flavor packet included in the package but also on top of salads to add that crunchy touch to your dish. Many like the eat the noodle with the chicken ramen soup base. But remember that the flavor packets are filled with salt and nasty stuff, so you should probably try to find a recipe you like on the website, all made without the flavor packets!

*You eat your noodles the way you want. Even if we have been eating uncooked ramen for quite a while and Nissin food confirms that it's totaly safe, we don't take any responsability if you get sick, explode or don't like the taste :)
