There are many things to do with the vegetable, it can either be in a salad, with fried noodles but it can also be one of the many ingredients used in a soup. It's very easy to make a salad with ramen noodles and cabbage, these ingredients are cheap and available pretty much in all grocery stores! Use your cooking pan to fry it or boil in in a cooking pot to keep all it's great taste. With tons of different cabbage kinds all over the way, going to an international supermarket in a large city might be a great idea to try new things!

The bok choy is a great vegetable to play with, but it's pretty important to cook it well. Some studies say that the vegetable, when eaten raw in too large quantities, can not be that good for you're heatlh. So even if we're not able to tell you if that's the truth, you should probably cook your bok choy every time you use it, for a salad or other meals, and anyway, it ends up tasting pretty good! |
