Poutine is a delicious french canadian specialty.
Cheese, gravy and french fries. Perfection? Almost!
You will need:
- 1 package of ramen noodles
- 1 can of gravy
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese curds
- 20-30 french fries (optional)
- 2 cups of water
- a bowl
- a cooking pot
- a strainer
How to cook:
*0.5 If you want to add french fries on top of your meal, you can start them now.
The noodles:
1. Put 2 cups of water in a cooking pot and bring to a boil.
2. Once the water is boiling add your ramen noodles.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender and separated.
4. Take off the water with the strainer.
The recipe:
5. Heat the gravy in a microwave safe bowl.
6. Put your noodles in an other bowl.
7. Add the cheese curds on top of the noodles.
8. Add the french fries if you made some.
9. And on top of all this, add the gravy.
10. You now have a delicious ramen poutine.
11. Enjoy!
Conclusion:
The french canadian poutine is delicious. Add a little asian touch and it gets even better. For the picture, we didn't put much cheese and gravy on top of the noodles. But once we were ready to eat, with more sauce and cheddar cheese, this sure was a delicious meal.
