Name: Spam Supreme Ramen
Category: Quick and Easy
Our rating: w1
Difficulty: Easy
Ready in: 20-30 minutes

You will need:
- 1 package of ramen noodles
- 4 slices Spam
- 1 clove garlic - lightly smashed
- 1 egg
- 1 head/crown broccoli - cut into florets (or however you want to
     cut them) washed and drained
- Peanut Oil

How to cook:
The recipe:
1. Cook Ramen as directed add clove of garlic to ramen and boiling water, shortly after dropping ramen in, drop in broccoli and continue to boil until both are tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Start boiling water in a kettle. Heat oil until very hot, drop in the egg and lower temperature, when the whites set throw in 2 tsp of water and continue to cook with the top on until yolk sets but is not hard. Remove egg and saute spam in remaining oil.
3. Add boiling water to pot, add broccoli, and ramen noodles into pot along with 1/2 package of soup base. Put contents of pot into a serving bowl and top with egg.
4. Enjoy!

Growing up my mom used to make eggs with my ramen and chinese veggies, namely Choi Sum. This recipe can be easily altered for any vegetable. I'm a navy wife so my husband isn't home all that often and the last thing i want to do when he isn't home is cook, so this was the perfect solution! It can be made all in a single decent sized pot.
