  Ramen Summer Salad

               When you don't feel like eating a 72oz. steak!

You will need:
- 2 packages of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of water
- 5 miniature carrots
- 1 cup of celery
- 1 cup of cauliflower
- 1 cup of eggplant
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 cup of chicken stock
- 1/2 can of chick peas
- 1/4 cup of sliced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of curcuma
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper

How to cook:
The noodles:
1.
Put 2 cups of water in a cooking pot and bring to a boil.
2. Once the water is boiling add your ramen noodles.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender and separated.
4. Take off the water with the strainer.

Put the onion and the chicken stock in a cooking pot.
6. Heat it up.
7. Add the chick peas and the spices.
8. Heat it for 15-20 minutes.
9. Add the vegetables.
10. Heat for 30 more minutes.
11. Put everything together
12. Enjoy!

All these vegetables in the same meal and it still taste great! This sure is one of our healthiest meal, a delicious healhty treat! If you feel like eating something fresh in the summer, this is the recipe to try. With more than five different vegetables and some great spices, this ends up being pretty good!
