You will need:
- 2 packages of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of water
- 5 miniature carrots
- 1 cup of celery
- 1 cup of cauliflower
- 1 cup of eggplant
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 cup of chicken stock
- 1/2 can of chick peas
- 1/4 cup of sliced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of curcuma
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper
How to cook:
The noodles:
1. Put 2 cups of water in a cooking pot and bring to a boil.
2. Once the water is boiling add your ramen noodles.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender and separated.
4. Take off the water with the strainer.
The recipe:
5. Put the onion and the chicken stock in a cooking pot.
6. Heat it up.
7. Add the chick peas and the spices.
8. Heat it for 15-20 minutes.
9. Add the vegetables.
10. Heat for 30 more minutes.
11. Put everything together
