  Bad side effects?

               1001 reasons why you should!
13. Unlike chick peas or All Bran, ramen don't have any "bad side effects"
Let's face the truth, some food is a bit "too strong" on the digestive system, but be happy, noodles are not one of them! You could eat them all day long and you won't have to be that careful in public :)

Ok, chick peas and All bran can really be a problem some time. Sorry for talking about this on a recipe website, but we have to say it. What if you eat chick peas, hummus or All bran for breakfeast or dinner? Well, it will be a long long day at work! Solve that problem and eat ramen noodles for every meal, you will never end up with problems like this!

Mmm, no wait, eating ramen noodles for every meal might not solve the problem. You should probably have them being part of an healthy diet, you are important for us and we want to keep you in perfect health! Oh yes we do.

Hopefully, big ramen maker will never make a chick peas flavor, keep making chicken ramen please!
